I don't eat fast food much- not my cup of tea. However the few times I've gone by because it's the only thing open I have always loved the customer service and food considering what it is. It's fast food people- if your expecting super high quality then your going to have to spend more than 3 dollars. Stop being so ridiculous. Now I'm no fast food fan, but OCCASIONALLY its a cheap alternative. And so it gets 5 stars for being what it's supposed to be. Delusional people who expect more should realize it's freaking JACK IN THE BOX. Not exactly fine dining. Went there the other day and the young man who helped me was super friendly. I got jalapeno poppers which were surprisingly good and a flavored iced tea. Cheap, and good for the price. Deal with it.

If I could give a review less than 1 star I would... for a garbage food conglomerate in a town that didn't allow fast food for over 30 years this is a major disappointment. They never stay open until posted hours and can rarely get an order right. Since nothing else in Willamette is open past 11pm this place should stick to its posted time of business and be happy to do so.

I normally don't eat at Jack In the Box so I don't know how good or bad, I will just say, "The food was okay!" I rode my brand new bike home last Saturday from REI in Tigard. I just bought it and didn't have a lock or anything. I got lost twice (thanks to my droid, it found the way home), I got by the Plaza where JITB located. I was SUPER hungry!!!!!!!!!! I parked my bike outside but there were 3 kids hanging near by, so I took the seat out and walked into JITB, I kept looking back and then walked over to the door to check on my bike. The manager was so nice and let me park my bike in the store! I bought a combo for $4.99 and chewed them down (sorry, I was SOOOOO hungry, I forgot what I ordered - I took one boring photo for Yelp though). Got some of my energy back, I rode up the hill (walked about 1/4 of the way) and got home safely. I might try it again when I'm not so hungry just to see if it's good or bad. I guess sometimes the food doesn't have to be THE BEST for you to go back or like the place. It's the workers' attitudes & the service itself to keep them in your good thoughts.

They've recently 'jacked' up their prices and even before this happened they were barely hanging on by a thread. My family has already given up on the nearby McDonald's for our random fast food cravings and now this. Jack In The Box is the chain from my childhood, so there is some residual fondness, but ugh. I'm not hating on the food, but this particular location is a hot mess. Really disappointing since I remember when Jack In The Box wasn't in Oregon and I used to crave it like crazy. Since we've gone to this location for years, I can count on them to forget or mess up at least one element of our order about 1/4 of the time. And they aren't particularly fast. So lets review. Not cheap, not fast, not accurate. The only thing keeping them from one star is that I think the Tualatin location is even worse. If only there were more alternatives in West Linn.

I love there breakfast Jack, it is my family's favorite meal. The service is always fast and staff is super friendly. My favorite thing about this location is they always ask if you need a receipt and don't just hand it to you. I hate receipts at fast food restaurants!!!! Thank you for asking...:)

Can we talk about how this Jack in the Box closes super early? I mean, really. I realize this is West Linn and the only people up at 3am are either the high school drinkers or stoners. Fine. But what about those of us who are coming home from a great night downtown and are craving those greasy, gooey American-ized tacos??? Or the strawberry milkshakes?? Or the FRIES? What about us????? Even the Subway is open 24 hours now, time to step up the game, JITB. Everyone knows that Jack in the Box has perfect food to satisfy those late night munchies, but I had to give it one star because the hours are no bueno.
